I re-created the Google App.

Then I tried to authenticate. It did take me to the Google auth page, I accepted, it then redirected back to the site, but It does not log me in.

There is nothing in the logs on Google's side.

When I then log into the site with just the username and password, it does display the last two messages from the attempts:

We were unable to retrieve your Google account information. Please try again.
