Capitalization of login panel

There are two ways to do this:

1) You can edit the language file strings for 'MOD_SCLOGIN_LOGIN' and 'MOD_SCLOGIN_REGISTER_FOR_THIS_SITE' to be capitalized
2) You can use a CSS style to transform the text to uppercase. I believe it's text-transform: uppercase, but please verify.

This should be relatively simple either way you choose, so I hope this helps get you going.
