Do not register

Our Login module wouldn't be the way to do what you're looking for. You can do that with Joomla itself. In the User Manager area, click the "Options" button and you can disable New User Registrations from in there. Then, you would need to create each user's account in the admin area, but they would be able to login just like normal using the SCLogin module.
