error after update to 4.1.0

You have a template override for our layout files. You need to remove the file the error points out to use the original file from the SCLogin module at /modules/mod_sclogin/tmpl/joomlaLogin_horizontal.php . Alternatively, merge your template override file with the original file in our module to make sure you're using the proper functions from the new release.
