Hi
1. could you tell me, where I can change the Fontsize form the User an PW Box?
2. Where can I change the Login Button hover effekt, I don't would like thies effect?
3. Where can I the Login Button Height, if I go with the mouse over the Login Button, then the button is no longer as high

1) Please see this post which should help you change the sizes of the inputs.
2/3) Try the following style in your template:

.sourcecoast .btn-primary .btn { 
 color: blue;
 height: 20px;
}
