Redirect to sclogin

SCLogin is a module. The best way to do what you're saying is:
1) Create a Joomla Article - Great for a "Welcome to our page, here's why you should login" intro
2) Create a menu item and assign the article to it.
3) Create an instance of the SCLogin module and assign it to show only on the menu item you created in #2

Then, in the SCLogin "Login Redirection" settings, you can have the user redirected wherever you want.
