The modal popup doesn't seem to be configured on your site, so I can't test right now.
As to the Include jQuery/Bootstrap settings, please use the "Include jQuery" setting in JFBConnect instead. When JFBConnect is installed, the SCLogin module's settings for including Javascript don't actually function.
