They changed to the "New Cloud Console" about a month ago. Unfortunately, that console had a bug until about 2 days ago where information wasn't properly saved. That bug was just fixed, thankfully, and we'll be adding new documentation soon.
In the meantime, in the bottom right of the New Cloud Console, click the "Use Original Console" link and it will bring you to the old console. Our instructions are for that and should get you going.
