CSS conflict help

I just downloaded and installed the login module on a test system. I am not running it in a modal box, but rather as a normal module in a side position of a RocketTheme template.

The module appears to work well with a few minor exceptions:

1. The ? icons for the forgotten Username & Password fields is not appearing.
2. Once logged in, the rollover effect on the "logout" button is strange in that only half of the button changes color
3. If possible, I would like a couple of text links to appear as part of the login form for the Forgot Password & Forgot Username links.

I know that at least #1 is most likely just a conflict with the template as if I switch to a default Joomla template, the ? icons do appear. I did not test #2 with the default template, but I assume it is also just some sort of a conflict.

I really like the way this module can tie a user menu into the same login module, so I would hate to have to come up with a different solution over some styling issues. Any help would be appreciated.
