#login-modal I am not getting the pop-up to display on all pages

Hello.

I have disabled the following components and plugins.

JotCache
System Cache
JCHOptimize
J query Easy (This breaks other parts of my site when disabled)
Also all sobiPro cache and accelerators are disabled.

I have Load JQuery set to YES

I have tried it with the BTLogin disabled also. Still nothing.

I have deleted all browser cache and tried 2 different browsers on 2 different computers.

The popup only works in the JomSocial section of my site. All other sections add #login-modal to the URL but nothing happens.

PS: It is also not displaying the Forgot username and password links but that may be another thread.
