I'm not sure I understand your issue. Are you using our social network integration extension, JFBConnect, or our SCLogin login module? If not, and your simply having issues with Joomla in general, we're not the best people to ask.
I can tell you that that message usually means the user is visiting a page that's set with a menu item (or content) access level of "Registered" or higher, so that the user needs to login. Beyond that, it sounds like some sort of configuration issue with Joomla or with another extension. You'd need to contact the extension developer for the product you're using to get further help.
