Can you tell us more about what version you are upgrading too? The last subscription I see for your account expired in October. The latest release at that time was JFBConnect v6.2.2. Looking at the changelog since that release, there have been a number of new features, but nothing that's specific to login issues. As always, of course, we recommend using the latest version which is currently v6.4.0.

Please let us know what version you're using, and what account you used for the subscription, so we can look up any details about your site that have gone through Autotune.

Also, please let us know what specific issue you're running into when you say "login button is not working". Is it a specific social network, the Joomla login button, or something else?

Thanks,
Alex

Hi, I am using version JFBConnect Installed: v6.1.2 and Account: Webjobbing, User: ebjobb, SourceCoast Subscriber ID: XXX. And it is the blue Joomla login button that`s not working. The Social Media buttons seems to be working to login. Thank you for helping me out :)

Thanks for clarifying the issue. I just tried to login using Joomla credentials, and the following error was thrown:

/modules/mod_sclogin/ajax/otpcheck.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

That file is used by the SCLogin module to perform the Two Factor Authentication check for users. We load that file for all users to check if they have OTP setup. On your site, the file looks to be blocked, which is causing the error.

You'll need to allow that file to be directly accessed (either in the .htaccess or whatever firewall extension or server addon you're using) or disable OTP from operating on your site.

I hope that helps get you going, but if you need anything else, just let us know. We also hope to see you as an active subscriber again and able to upgrade to the latest release.

Thanks,
Alex
