Hi all,

I have the latest release of Joomla, K2, SCLogin a JFBConnect.
I have a Joomla sites based only on K2 item, categories and tags.
I don't need the users to register to visit the site: the can navigate anonimously.
But, if a user want to add a comment at any giben K2 item, I want her/him to login before submitting.

I wasn't able to achieve this goal.
Instead of the comment the text 'Login to post comments' appears.
It depends on K2 comment, because if I change K2 Parameters -> Comments -> Global setting from Enabled for registered user only to enabled for everyone
then I can enter a comment, email and name but the comment is sent to the moderation list, while the Enable inline comment modration' is set to NO.

All the plugins are enabled, but SCLogin and K2 Users.

Any idea, help?

TIA

Paolo

K2's comment system is not something we have specific control over. If you configure it so you require logins, using Joomla, before the user can comment, we should be able to help you add the social buttons to authenticate with wherever you want them to display.

We can't change how K2's comment moderation functions work though.

If you need assistance adding the social login buttons to the comment area, let us know and we can gladly help provide some pointers.

Thanks,
Melissa
