I followed your instructions step by step to create a facebook app.

Then, running autotune on joomla 3.5 returns an unknown error.
But if I click on the link below, it opens without problems.
I already checked as suggested, but everything was correct.
Can you help?

JFBConnect Remote Error Check
Checks performed on: pastaepasticci.com/
Error: Uh oh! We could not fetch page due to an unknown error.

If you are having Facebook authentication issues after correcting any warnings and errors above, please ensure your Facebook Application is "Live". You can enable that setting by:

Going to the Facebook Application Area
Go to the the "Status & Review" section
Make sure the top switch for "Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?" is set to YES.

Right now, on your home page, the following error is being thrown:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND falang_content.published=1 AND falang_content.reference_id IN(104,103) ' at line 4 SQL=SELECT falang_content.reference_field, falang_content.value, falang_content.reference_id, falang_content.original_value FROM #__falang_content AS falang_content WHERE falang_content.language_id= AND falang_content.published=1 AND falang_content.reference_id IN(104,103) AND falang_content.reference_table='content'
JFBConnect is detecting that error and thinking that our tool was having an issue fetching the page. You'll need to fix that error and then Autotune should start working again.

I hope that helps,
Alex

I checked and reviewed the process. Also reinstalled falang. But the error persists.
Also, I have no item with these ID!!!
Please, can I send you privately an access so you can give a look?

I'm glad you fixed the Falang problem. I'm unsure why our Autotune tool isn't able to scan your site. We'll have to look into it further.

I just checked your page manually for all the issues that Autotune is meant to detect. There are no issues that it would have found so things should work as expected. So, for now, I'd just skip the Autotune phase since it won't catch anything.

If you are running into any functional problems with JFBConnect, please let us know and we'll gladly help investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

Alex,

while finding a solution, can you tell me
1) where I can find the query error
2) how can I set debug mode in you application?

Thank you

1) where I can find the query error

I don't see any query errors anymore. The error above in my first response no longer appears and I don't see any other problems.

2) how can I set debug mode in you application?

There's an option in the JFBconnect -> Configuration area for "Enable Debug Mode". Setting that to Yes will display any errors or issues that JFBConnect detects automatically on the front-end. If you do that, make sure you disable it when done. The "Logging only" setting will create a log file for JFBC in your /log directory.

I hope that helps,
Alex
