Topic-icon Troubleshoot Configuration of JFBConnect to use JomSocial Reg Fields

Hi Alex,

I have (or at least thought I had) configured JFBConnect to use JomSocial registration fields, and upon completing registration, to redirect the new user to our Getting Started page. (See the screenshot of my configuration page below.) However, after a recent test, immediately after using Facebook to register a new user, the user was not presented with any of the JomSocial registration fields and was redirected to the Home page and not the Getting Started page.

Can you help me figure out why this is and to correct it?

After reading other posts, it looks like only JomSocial required fields are displayed. If all the JomSocial required fields are populated through Facebook, is it normal for no registration fields to display? If I want to display and encourage new users to complete non-required fields, how can I do that?

And how do you suggest I troubleshoot the failure to redirect the user to my Getting Started page?
