FB review submission + JFBConnect fail with error message related to "Page Tab"

I followed your guidelines for Facebook login setup. However, when trying to submit the app for review I get the following error:
"You need to provide a page with the Pages tab installed."

Navigating to JFBConnect > Providers > Facebook Configure > Application as Page Tab, I find :
"Your Page Tab application appears to be setup properly. To add it to your Facebook Page, Click here".
However, when clicking on the link I'm getting "You need permission to add Facebook apps on at least one page to complete this required step".

Please help!!!
