I have the latest version of JFB connect, and SC Login version that installed with it.
The problem: Modal Pop Up does not work when the site/menu link is at Joomla article pages - nothing happens when I click on the Login button. It works fine when I am in DJ Classifieds menu links.

I am using the JA Mendozie template. The website is usagoshopping.com

What I have tried so far:

What didn't work

- Disabling SEF (didn't work)
- Changing module position to right - didn't work
- Disabling Admin Tools Prof - Didn't work (Incidentally I haven't use the htaccess maker yet)
- Enabling 'Load Javacript' in SC Login module - didn't work

What I think worked
- Changed the template to Protostar - the modal popup worked

Can you please help me sort out the problem? I can give you admin access if you need it.

Your template looks to be combining and compressing the Javascript files on your page. The first step would be to disable that so that each Javascript file is loaded on the page in the standard order. It's possible that may fix the issue. If not though, let us know and we can help investigate further once the Javascript isn't being altered.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi..Thanks for your very very quick response. I am afraid changing the settings didn't help.
I am unable to attach the image - but the 'Optimize CSS' and Optimize JS are set to 'No'.

Can you please PM super-admin access to either Alex or myself so we can look at this issue and your other problem?

Thanks for the credentials. This issue is fixed. I enabled the "Load jQuery / Bootstrap" setting in the JFBConnect configuration area, which properly loads the required libraries, and the login modal now works on the pages I tested.

Please let us know if you have any other issues with this.

Thanks,
Melissa
